1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ecudock.com ("ECUDOCK", "we") and any purchase of digital files from us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

2. The products

ECUDOCK sells digital ECU files: binary reads of engine, transmission and other control units, and modified versions of them. Files are intended for professional repair, diagnostics, research, motorsport and off-road use.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for checking that the hardware number, software number and part number of a file match your control unit before writing it.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where the vehicle is used, including emissions and type-approval rules. Emissions-related modifications (DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue) are sold strictly for off-road, motorsport and export use.
• Writing files to a control unit carries technical risk. Always keep a backup of the original read.

4. Accounts

Keep your login details confidential. Files are licensed to the purchasing account and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include instant digital delivery. Card payments are processed by iyzico; cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. We never receive or store your card details.

6. Delivery

Files are delivered electronically to your account immediately after payment is confirmed and remain available for re-download.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ECUDOCK is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of a file, including damage caused by writing a file that does not match the control unit.
