What we collect

• Order data: items, amounts, billing address, payment provider reference.
• Technical data: IP address and download logs, used to protect your account and prevent abuse.

What we don't collect

We never see or store card numbers — payments are handled by iyzico and NOWPayments. Files you check with the File Analyzer are processed in your browser and never uploaded.

How we use it

To deliver your files, provide support, issue invoices, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact support@ecudock.com. Order records may be retained as long as required by tax law.
