Parties

Seller: ECUDOCK (ecudock.com), support@ecudock.com. Buyer: the customer placing the order, as identified by the account and billing details.

Subject

The sale of digital ECU files listed on ecudock.com, at the price shown at checkout.

Delivery

Digital delivery to the buyer's account immediately after payment confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

By ordering, the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, except as described in the Refund Policy.

Disputes

The buyer may contact support@ecudock.com for any complaint. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
