Refund Policy

Because files are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. We still want you to get the right file:

Wrong or faulty file

If a file does not match its listing (hardware/software number differs from what is shown), or is corrupted, contact us within 14 days with your order number. We will provide the correct file or a full refund.

Not eligible

• The listed numbers did not match your ECU and the file was written anyway.
• Technical issues caused by the tool, the read method or the vehicle.
